As we've already started discussing in the forums, today is the VI/PR Friendship Weekend race day. Yesterday however, was a test & tune day. While there weren't many match races for street cars, the bike crew did their thing while most of the street cars did solo runs.

Although the real racing begins later on today, word from the street yesterday was that a certain blue RX7 hit the track for the first time, and had one hell of a hole shot. Meanwhile, the crew behind a certain 300ZX could be overheard saying they were ready and willing to race anything and anyone present.....

Sounds like an open challenge to me.

YO WATS UP ....HAD A GREATTIME SATURDAY....
Well my car perform really well down the track...
The race was sett for saturday nite...
I showed up rdy...but word got around to the 300zx crew that
my car runs really good so race was called off....
FOR ALL THEM GUYZ WHO MOUTH ME OFF I WAS RDY TO RUN ..
ONE LITTLE LAUNCH HAVE THEM DEM MAN SCARED......
I RAN A 12.3sec in a SHOW car......an them man still scared...
dis the last time i gone waste my time with these slow f%$#&kers..

RX7 RULE....NOT SAYIN MY CAR IS THE FASTEST BUT.....
I'm goona run bracket race next track day...f%$#&k them man.....
LOOKS like i have to build a slower car to run them...
I aint tring to mess up my baby

DEM MAN IS JOKES....I trying to buy another rx7 turbo2 for them man class ..
LOL them man SLOW CLASS....I know how to play the game now....I gone build a slower car which gone be much faster than them man car....I gone let them man press me .. An lash them HARD...ONE TIME...SO they don't come back...lol...

Now you going to get other challenges from cars that run 11's thinking they can take advantage of you. Just have a big surprise for them. There once was a famous gen3 rx that put down 10's on the track so let them test....

Well guyz once again these F#$%&*KING SLOW CIVIC....for sly an them back down....giving me the run around all nite.....they said after they run with 1st mustang they would run me...ok...then when i aproach them ,they said to give them something..so i said ok i'll give them a light....then they excuse was they 2nd stage nitro not workin.....so ok then they race the 2nd mustang they told me after they race the 2nd mustang they would race me....next excuse was they have to check they spark plug it burnt out.....
thats it for me...i put back on my rims 2day an will be enjoy my SHIT ON THE STREETS....F$#&K THEM MAN....

THEY MUST RESPECT MY RX7 WHEN THEY SEE IT ON THE STREET...

guys guys guys my fellow streetseen members the 3rd gen rx7 is in a higher class than any normal aspirated honda class even if the honda have nitro, what i think the rx7 need to do is challenge a next boost car like those two hondas from stt blue and donald not a normal aspirated honda even though the hondas have nitro. boost 4 boost an let see what the rx7 is good for. dont put back on your tires yet im sure any boost honda will be willing to give you a shot.

How you gonna class my car with full race cars..tubeout extended wheel wells no interior..weight 2000pds if that much.....thats trailer down to the track...I DROVE MY CAR DOWN THERE..BRO....

MY CAR WEIGHT OVER 3000PDS WITH ME IN THERE.... I HAVE PAPER WORK TO PROVE IT....

Next i didn't challenge those sloww ASS civic they ask me to run them.....I would of never show up to the track with me car on race tires if race wasn't set for saturday...i didn't even make a pass all nite because i assume the race was alrdy set for that nite.....

An whats the 300zx excuse for not racing me????

I can promise you this i have a car in the makeing for those turbo hondas i want you to bet ur money when its done...against my car....

yo mad respect for rx7. Dem man kno who dey was goin up against! And everybody knew you went up against a way faster mustang than those hondas went against. I am amaze they didn't try going up against the brown 1962 safari vehicle, and then parade like they beat a champ, when they know they were afraid to go against the true street champ, much respect.... I was at the races last night and I am just calling it how I see it.

Dats funny....lol.....dont worry I got them hondas in check.....This car I workin on will have them man mouth hitting the ground.....Its a promise....

Those two honda from stt are not full race car, the crx for donald drives to the track every race day the other civic trailor down but can drive on the street and there is more turbo street hondas like papi and dale.

I dont know any thing about any 300zx!!

your rx7 is only 3000 pds and with you in it, I was thinking it would of weight more, look like you drop weight and thats a good thing cause weight reduction is good for drag racing and not much people do that, look like you on the ball with your car!!!!

Im not a honda fan, I mostly race hondas with my car!!!!

I think you have a nice car, and you seen very well inform and knowledgable about performance cars, keep up the good work on your car and hope to see you run a match race soon against another boost car!!!

Those hondas from STT are not street cars bro....dale an papi cars are street cars....I would like you to take a trip up with me to NJ.NY,PHILLY to see what street cars look like....an would run circle around those hondas from STT....

I can show you what i have an what I run which is less boost an setup than these guyz here an run just as fast....Or really close to what they run...

Its HID...I think its 10k or 12k.....got it to match color of my car....lol...

dont know if you are familiar with HID light kits...

Doesn't any one find it funny that we aint hear anything from street rx7 about the race that is being advertise on the radio.... I wonder why!!

Well, this is the breaking news!!!!

Street rx7 is backing out of the race against the honda and the reason why i hear is a very poor excuse....

All that talk about then slow ass hondas...and that you have then hondas in check...and now you making weak excuses not to run...

Streetseen members, now what do you think about that?

I'm sure street rx7 will reply and I hope is to say that my info is wrong and that the race between you and the honda as advertise on radio is still on!!!

I was there rdy to run many times ......i even offer them jumps which they still didn't wanna race...now what is the problem if i don't feel like racing them...its my car i can do what i want with it....when they decide not to race me it wasn't a problem rite....you guyz have alot to learn....

I can hear and feel by some of the comments and post you made that we hear on stx dont know anything about cars....you could come off to some of us as being chocky and ignorance sometimes....some of us hear do know what we are doing and has alot of knowlegde about cars, just as much as people in the state and even more!!thats a fact!!

So i think everyone still has a lot to learn and that include you and all of us...

I'm not a honda fan so I dont bet on hondas...but I dont put then down also..

I do agree with you that ppl here reley on outside help to set up there car, now why is that? you mention tuning, there is few cars on island that is tune locally and is working find even without a dyno...

I dont know anything about how any race was set up with you and anybody...I never said I did and thats not my point..

My point is you call then hondas slow ass f@#$%^& cars and said you have then hondas in check and now the honda is steppin up 2 the pump and you not racing, I do agree then hondas need 2 understand then self...thats why Im racing 1 on saturday even though Im the underdog...

Like you said its only a race and someone has 2 win and someone has 2 lose..

well atleast deh racing culture on stx is growing again, it jus doing so slowly, i guess in going blow up again soon like it did back when fast and furious one came out
