Anyone knows of anything related to the tracks current state? Anything this weekend?..

I hear debates continue and this is non-sense. From what I hear an inspired 100-200 bucks a month to rent the damn place and power makes for something like 280 a month if that...nowwith all the funds that are made at heads up hand dows races..hold runs every weekend and track gets its cut from winnings no matter what,and you could have a track thats open to the public..no insurance hmm been thru it already unless race at your own risk...they'll never go for that...even though its bad enough.

Last I heard both Saturday and Sunday, Saturday test and tune, maybe a little program, Sunday more test and tune and brackets. That was a week ago and as we all know it has been like living in Seattle this past week.

As far as I know but I have not heard back from Vince. I will check again tomorrow morn.

If the track is open, and I definitely hope it is, I advise everyone to bring bug juice. The mosquitoes at our house way up on Blue Mountain are starting to resemble Air Force in flight refueling tankers. I can only imagine down on the flats.

This is non event races such as tuesday or thursday nights and weekends..events cost more cause your paying a purse a band shipping cost insurance...I'm talking every tue,thurs and weekend track is open period 5 bucks to run 2 bucks to chill if you don't have 2 bucks you need to be worrying where you gona get 2 bucks and fast...:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Back to welding roof truss brackets for our house build. Actually, back to holding the piece while the person who actually knows how to weld 316 stainless welds the truss brackets.

Next track day was announced to be June 18, then a week or so, on the 4 of july weekend is said to have a big three day (Fri to Sun) event including cars from st.thomas..Just a lil update on what was said at the track.

The 18th is a CDRA bracket series and test and tune.

The 4th July weekend event is to be put on by Beige the DJ.

I had a good time last night even if I did break my throttle cable first pass. Between Bambi (Macgyver skills), Romeo(bits, electrical crimp connector and tie wire) and me holding the flashlight the Dukes was back in business. Of course I went out first round napping at the start. Still a good time.

I ran 11.8/11.7 @ 15psi with my other car .. So this car I'm hoping it ran the same or better .. Any where close to that im

$17/gal aint really worth it. I am starting to think meth injection makes more sense. Running 20-25psi on 93 octane with meth injection seems much cheaper to me. But then again running straight methanol is 1/4 the price of c16. Just food for thought.

Ur right about the meth system but if that pump fails then :( and I have read that story one to much times. When ever I can aford a fast car like Ayo it will be race gas. But a lot of these man de on that vege diet.

This is just test passes @15psi makes no sense to run race gas @ those boost level... .. I wanna see how car will function... I do have over boost protection on always.... "REDBULL".. can tell you how much time we save his motor that way.. lol.. .... I do have RACE gas sitting around.. 10gals.. This is the 1st time im bringing car out gotta work out all the bugs.. I have made passes out @ that east end spot on pump gas .. But "15psi".. is my max on pump gas...
