lol... Here again selling yet another Mitsubishi... This time it's a 97 Eclipse GST turbo... I bought the car in June from a friend of mines who new nothing about cars... In the 2months of ownership I did my best to restore this vehicle to very good condition...
Brief description:
It has the infamous 4g63 dohc motor, I honestly can't tell u if it's had internal work but I can tell u for sure that it has aftermarket cams and cam gears... It's running with a EVO3 turbo at about 5psi of boost... The tranny is automatic... BUT it's a built 3 speed transmission (so this car was obviously built for track)... 18inch rims with good tires on all four... The interior is tan and black with leather seats... Power everything... The car runs great and goes thru the gears easily... no smoke from the exhaust and no mechanical flaw that I could note on...

Click on link for more than enough detailed pictured of the car... As u can see it has sun damage on the higher parts of the vehicle... But the sides are in good condition... The fender was replaced because someone backed up into the fender (previous owner) it was only cosmetic damage, no damage to the frame or wheel was found... Some things I've done:

Replaced fender, fixed exhaust hang, took off worn tint and cleaned glass, flushed engine and put in new redline motor oil with nw oil filter, new air filter, new tranny fluid, brand new struts and battery, redid ENTIRE audio system, cleaned interior carpet and added seat covers, car will be getting alignment done on Thursday... AC works jus need some freeon easy fix, new radiator hose, replaced worn hoses, no leaks, all lighting works, front and rear strut bars... Breaks are good... Only minor problem is that the car idles rough on a cold start up but once warmed up there's is no problem wut so ever...

ASKING 6,000.00 OBO

the gears are long and this is an island... Lol, u can choose to shift through them or jus put in drive and cruise... Since it's only a 3speed boost doesn't come on till about 4-4500rpm... So unless ur hitting it hard gas consumption isn't a problem either...

Coming back in November so if its not sold by then I will have to check it out. After the Cobra gets fixed of course. Still waiting for money for a block.

Gsx then it's wad or fwd? Why only 5 psi of boost that motor normally should be double digits. 3 speed auto means gears are long but will shift depending on torque converter speed. Not a real big issue you can always convert it to manual.

I think the car was retuned for everyday street use... I've heard more than once that the car was seeing alot more boost than it is now... but I wouldn't know... All I know is that it runs fine where it's at now...
