FAS07: Audi RS6

But the competition wasn't just in print. A couple years back, Audi unveiled its RS4, which upped the ante on BMW's premier sports coupe, the M3, by putting out about a hundred extra horesepower and adding all wheel drive. BMW is now responding with their new M3, which is expected to outperform the RS4, but Audi's already moved their sights. This week in Frankfurt they unveiled their new twin turbo V10 powered RS6, squarely targeting BMW's premier sedan, the 500 horsepower M5.

Fon't get confused over the fact that it's a wagon . It's tuned to perform. We're talking 580 (allegedly underrated) horsepower. Carbon ceramic brakes. The works.
