I am not sure if I should be impressed or appalled. You decide Street Fans. It cost this dude 4 months in a London jail. Note: pay attention to the speeds and where he is passing. Oh and he is filming it all himself with his cell phone. The equipment is a Toyota MR2 kinda like the one below- maybe without the additional mods<!--more-->
