According to DieselStation.com, rumors of the IS Coupe have resurfaced. Toyota designed the IS to challenge the 3-Series but according to nay-sayers, the IS has not risen to directly challenge the BMW's coupe or convertible models. That may change soon according to Lexus' Australian Manager John Roca. In a press release for a limited edition IS250x, Roca is quoted as expressing excitement about upcoming models including "the V8-powered IS-F and potentially, an IS coupe in the future." I mentioned my feelings about this a while ago (<a href="http://www.streetseen.vi/?p=92#more-92">See article</a>) but I keep an open mind.
