he most probably wah gettin headz:op: , bust a nut, and while cumming his foot got stuck on the gas pedal:shiftdrive: , hit some bushes :dunno: , went airborne and hit that car, which then flipped, but at the same time it flipped it pinned his shyt to the ceiling:owned:
