well yeah I've tried it..I ,ean I'm not fat or overweight but it does work with a normal busy day routine..I also work at a refinery so valves and valve wrench's can be almost 35 to 40 lbs. and turning closed vavled can end up being open with forces upwards of 80+ pounds just to open..now if you have an office job then your gona have to actually work out. Just depends on how active your life style is really.

ok well ralfie approached me today about doing the goat redbull race and seems lots of people want to see this race happen guess they have slicks and red has drag radial whichto me on paper are not as good as slicks but what ever..so is this race going to go down this thanksgiving weekend.
