The Detroit Free Press is reporting that Lexus has filed a lawsuit concerning their name and a pornographic website.<!--more-->

The issue really centers around the an amateur Detroit based porn star named, umm- "Lexus Cash." Lexus, the car maker that is claims that the star and her webmasters, broke trademark laws by using its brand name in a less than savory manner, which could result in the dilution of the company's good name.
Needless to say, this is not the first time the porn and car industry have been in bed together-no pun intended. In fact, Autoblog reports that they were able to find another porn star named Lexus Locklear. The list also can be expanded to include other high-end sports cars like Porsche for instance.
At the end of the day, I feel that Lexus should be flattered. Somehow, I don't think girls want to be referred to as F-150, Explorer or Zephyr.
